The reputation of the UK plastic surgery industry has suffered in recent years.

Much of the industry has been led by commercial clinics who have put profit before patients. I believe it is time for a national brand in plastic surgery that stands for transparency, accountability and prioritising the patient’s experience over profit. In direct response I launched Staiano Plastic Surgery – believing that the patient journey from start to finish should be led by your Consultant.

The Clinic employs nurses and administrative staff, but there are no patient advisors. The surgeons personally see patients from the initial consultation through to the final follow up meeting.

Initial Consultation

We charge for consultations – you can read why here. We offer 15 minute calls with the surgeon as well as full virtual consultations that can be booked online. All consultations are with your surgeon and we also have access to emotional support from a counsellor for all of our patients. We believe that we provide great value at our consultations and so are prepared to offer our ‘satisfaction guarantee’. This means that if we are unable to help you or you are not suitable for surgery, then we offer a full refund of your consultation fee.

Follow up Consultations – No Charge

There is never any charge for follow up consultations. This includes consultations that may be needed to go over things before having surgery, or consultations after surgery. This means that in the weeks and months following surgery, you will have access to the clinic if you have any worries or concerns. In fact, even if something happens years after surgery, then we will be happy to see you in the clinic for no charge.

Fixed Price Packages

For self-pay patients, surgery is provided with a fixed price package. This allows complete peace of mind to ensure that once you have paid for your surgery, there will be no extra fees or hidden costs. The package price includes all of the hospital costs, the surgeon and anaesthetist’s fee and all of the follow-up care that may be needed. It also covers the cost of treatment for any complications that may arise in the first 30 days following surgery and any revisions that may be necessary within the first 12 months (this is 6 months or 12 months, dependant on your choice of hospital).
